They will not take return. Dont buy from them. Buy from ikea next door.
What kind of business is this that they do not have any cash in the store for refunds! Makes me wonder how stable a company it is. If I pay cash, I expect to get cash back on a return and not have to wait a week!
Don't waste your time and money here
Worst place to do business. Bought table and chairs here and paid with cash. We had to wait a week for the order and when it finally came in, it was the wrong color. When I returned it I was told they would mail me a refund! Folks we are talking a lousy two hundred bucks.
AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I ordered a metal bed frame and a headboard to attach and I was given a 3 hour window between 1-m and 4pm well its 6:27pm and I'm still waiting for it. I have called twice already and all they have been able to tell me is they will be there soon and then when my mom called they had to nerve to say dont have a heart attack when her mom passed away 12 years today from a heart attack. They are very unprofessional I took off work to be home for this delivery and I have been waiting all day. I would never buy anything from them again.
THE MOST HORRIBLE FURNITURE STORE EVER!!! MOST WORKERS THERE ARE VERY RUDE & PROVIDE POOR SERVICE. THEY SAY YOUR FURNITURE WILL BE THERE IN 10 DAYS, THEN THEY SAY 2 WKS, & NOW I'M GOING ON 3 WKS WAITING & WAITING!!! THE BAD THING IS THAT THEY ARE A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS & WITH NO DISTRICT MANAGER YOU HAVE NO ONE TO COMPLAIN TO SO THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT & TREAT CUSTOMERS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME, & ENERGY & SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE AND NOT TO MENTION THAT BOTH OF MY SOFAS WERE DAMAGED, MY BED FELL APART WITHING 10 MIN OF MY HUSBAND LAYING ON IT, AND ONE OF MY SON'S DRAWS BROKE WITHIN 1 MONTH OF HAVING THE FURNITURE!!!! POOR QUALITY & POOR SERVICE THAT IS ALL I CAN SAY!!!
The only reason why I gave them a star was because it was required. This is the worst place to get furniture from. I got my first home and me and my fiancee needed a lot of furniture I found them on a google search and saw there website which looked like there furniture was good quality. I visited the store on august 14, 2011 and picked out all my furniture and paid for it that day in cash, I was then told they wouldn't be in my area for 2 weeks and that they didn't make any special trips for just one delivery, I waited 2 weeks for my furniture to arrive which the delivery guys arrived late and the old delivery guy was doing all the work as the other one stood out in my driveway, after they left I did a walk through and looked at the furniture my bedroom mirror, bureau, bed and night stand had several scratches on it, my dining room table had scratches on it they put together my bakers rack which was put together upside down and my living room couch sounds like its going to fall apart oh and the mattress which was supposedly the best one they had is sinking in the middle they are a bunch of scamers and when I called about all these problems the big so called manager has nothing to say please don't make the mistake I made by going to this place and waisting your money on junk, I wish I would have read the reviews before wasting both my time and money on this place!!!
